There are different ways to add your Users to the platform:
You can manually create User accounts on the platform.
You can allow Users to register through the mobile app.
You can do both in parallel.
You must have a proper Admin role in the Shabik platform.
If your Admin role does not have User management permissions, you won’t be able to see the EV Drivers module in the left navigation side bar. In this case, contact your Organization’s Administrator or the Shabik Service Desk.
Creating a User account involves filling in a number of fields with personal information, such as name, email, phone number, address, etc. Depending on what type of User information you want to collect and manage, you can determine which fields to be displayed in the platform.
An important setting that you might want to activate upfront is the E-mail verification of the account. This way, after you manually create the User’s account in the platform, the User will receive a verification link or activation code via E-mail . The User must use the verification link or code to complete their account creation.
Navigate to EV Drivers > Users.
Click the Create User button.
In the Create page that opens, fill in the required information.
All mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
On the General tab, provide all the necessary User information.
On the Options tab, define the following:
Link user to Corporate Account:
If you are creating a User and would like to link the new driver to a corporate billing account, select the existing Corporate Billing Account (Partner) from the dropdown (e.g., “ABC Limousine LLC”).
