Buying a Top-Up package
Users need to be logged in to their mobile app and have a credit card associated with their account in order to be able to buy a top-up package by following the steps below:
1. Log into the mobile app and click the “Burger menu” icon on the upper left corner of the screen.
2. Click on the Balance.
3. Hit the “Plus” icon next to balance
4. There is a selection of the packages created and enabled, with their amounts and bonuses
5. Users can select the package they require and click on the “Confirm purchase” button to buy it
If the Auto Top-Up option under the Balance is selected, users will be able to select one of the Top-Up packages available that will be automatically bought if their Balance falls under a certain amount.
