How to extract charging sessions
To extract charging sessions in SHABIK, you can use the following steps:
2. Navigate to the "Charging Sessions" card on the dashboard.
3. Select the desired time period using the drop-down menu.
4. Click on the number of charging sessions to view a list of all sessions during that period.
5. Open the "Actions" menu and select "Export Sessions."
6. Choose the export format based on the level of detail required.
7. Check your registered email for a download link to the exported data.

The exported file will be compressed. Ensure you extract (unzip) the file before opening the Excel sheet.
By following these steps, you can efficiently export and analyze charging session data to optimize your EV charging operations.
